The painting of Fabien MONTFORT is representative of the man: colorful, happy, all in nuance. We can guess in its expression something other than pure beauty. From his works emerges what is primordial in painting. In this self-taught artist, it is not the form that is privileged, but the substance; we feel the spontaneity of man, his presence, his consciousness. The entire work of Fabien is an explosion of colors that can not be reduced to silence, the color builds and sublimates the form. The artist refuses the compromise and all of his work revolves around its two axes, the rest is pure sensation. The enthusiasm of this creator stimulates his inspiration and his creativity, and his canvases since then, present a great truth in the colors and techniques, which never generates monotony.
Thus developing an autonomous pictorial language, freed from any academicism in its ranges, Fabien MONTFORT releases a production where the work is born of a pulsation that emanates from a subjective process linked to the creative moment.
